Applications now open: Anaesthetic Research Fellowship 2021

We are currently accepting abstract submissions for the 2021 Anaesthetic Research Fellowship, supported by Abbvie. A scholarship to the value of €12,500 will be awarded, as a lump sum or may be divided, to support a research project(s). Please find the attached poster[pdf] and Application form [fillable pdf]. Management and Outcomes of Perioperative Care of European Diabetic Patients (MOPED): Call for National Co-Ordinator

The new pan-European, ESA-sponsored, prospective observational study of diabetes are looking for a calling for a National Co-Ordinator. This person would be an anaesthesiologist going to be based in Ireland for the next 3 years. Preferably at consultant, locum consultant or post CCST level. The role would involve enrolling diabetic patients undergoing surgery in their own centre and encouraging other centres to do so also.
