Last night the Prime Time Investigates programme on RTE (23.11.21) depicted events relating to alleged sexual assaults of patients by a doctor employed as an anaesthetist while they were under his care. The British Journal of Anaesthesia is moving to online access from January 2022

From the first issue of January 2022, the British Journal of Anaesthesia will move to online access. In July 2022, BJA Education will also move to a digital format, with an opt-in service for print editions for a further twelve months until June 2023. This transition away from print copies reflects the ongoing commitment of the CAI, RCoA, BJA, and Elsevier to environmental and sustainability concerns. Aspire Post CSCST Fellowships now open

The HSE NDTP Aspire (Post CSCST) Fellowship awards have resulted from the collaborative efforts of HSE’s Acute Hospitals’ Division, Mental Health Division, National Doctors Training and Planning (NDTP) and the Forum of Postgraduate Medical Training Bodies in Ireland. The Fellowships are funded by HSE NDTP and they are recognised and managed through the CAI.
