Important Deadline: Record Your 2024/2025 PCS Activities Before 14 May

This is a reminder that the PCS Year 2024/2025 ends on Wednesday, 30 April 2025.

All PCS activity for the 2024/2025 year must be uploaded to your e-Portfolio for PCS by close of business on Wednesday, 14 May 2025. This additional time allows you to record any CPD activities you wish to have reflected in your Annual Statement of Participation in Professional Competence.

A User Guide is available on your Risr Dashboard to help you to navigate the e-portfolio system. It provides a step-by-step guide to using the Risr/Advance platform for recording your PCS activity.

Please note the Irish Medical Council requirements for the PCS Year 2024/2025:

  • A minimum of 40 CPD credits in any CPD category (External, Internal, Personal Learning, or Research/Teaching)
  • Completion of 1 Clinical or Practice Audit
